**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote software products and services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of software solutions to potential customers.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential leads and qualify them for further engagement by the sales team.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- **Sales Coordination**: Schedule product demonstrations or meetings with sales representatives.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team for improvement.
- **Targets and Reporting**: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets and provide regular reports to management.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in software or IT sales.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of software solutions and the ability to quickly learn new products.
- **Customer Handling**: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- **Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other telecalling software.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience in B2B or B2C software sales.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
