Planning and delivering training programs, creating lesson plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring students are placed in appropriate roles. They also develop training schedules, guest lecture plans, and industry visit plans, and ensure students maintain log books. Additionally, they may be involved in on-the-job training, mentoring, and monitoring student performance.
