**Job Title: Heavy Driver (Tata Ace)**

**Job Summary**:
The Heavy Driver will be responsible for operating a Tata Ace vehicle to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently. This role involves ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining vehicle condition, and adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vehicle Operation**:

- Safely operate a Tata Ace vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
- Ensure the vehicle is driven in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness.
- **Delivery and Transportation**:

- Plan and follow efficient routes for timely delivery of goods.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring that all items are transported safely and in good condition.
- Assist with the handling and organization of goods during loading and unloading.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Conduct routine maintenance checks on the vehicle, including fluid levels, tire condition, and brakes.
- Report any mechanical issues or required repairs to the supervisor promptly.
- Keep the vehicle clean and in good working order.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies regarding the handling and transportation of goods.
- Ensure all required permits and licenses are up-to-date and valid.
- **Safety and Regulations**:

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of oneself, other road users, and the cargo.
- Adhere to company policies related to safety and operational standards.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by delivering goods in a courteous and professional manner.
- Address any customer concerns or issues related to deliveries as they arise.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a driver, preferably with experience driving a Tata Ace or similar light commercial vehicles.
- **Licenses**: Valid Heavy Driver’s License (appropriate for Tata Ace) with a clean driving record.
- **Skills**:

- Strong driving skills and knowledge of local roadways.
- Ability to handle and transport goods securely.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
- Capable of performing physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo.
- Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
