**About Us**:
Yash Ornaments is a growing brand in [your industry, e.g., fashion/jewellery/apparel] known for its creative approach and engaging social media presence. We’re looking for a talented, dynamic, and self-motivated individual who can handle content creation end-to-end — from writing impactful copy to directing shoots and managing model coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write high-quality, engaging, and original content for social media posts, captions, reels, ads, and campaigns.
- Plan and direct shoots with models — including explaining concepts, guiding poses, styling ideas, and ensuring the content matches the brand’s vision.
- Coordinate with freelance models, photographers, and videographers to plan and execute shoots.
- Stay updated on current social media trends, viral content ideas, and competitors’ content strategies.
- Develop new content ideas and strategies to grow reach and engagement on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Capture and shoot short-form videos using a phone (BTS clips, reels, trending videos).
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Content Writer, Social Media Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent command of Hindi and English (written & verbal).
- Strong sense of social media trends, especially Instagram and short-form video platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh, relevant ideas.
- Confident personality, comfortable directing models and managing on-site shoots.
- Ability to shoot basic videos using a smartphone.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
