**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input and manage data related to our product catalog, inventory, and sales into company databases and spreadsheets. - Maintain and update records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. - Perform regular data backups and ensure data security. - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed. - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure data accuracy and completeness. - Support other administrative tasks as required. - Participate in training programs to develop skills for Catalog Assistant and Merchandising roles.

**---Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formatting, and simple formulas. - Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal. - Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not required. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Good organizational and time-management skills.
