Job Title: SQL, Azure, and Python Instructor

Location: India (100% Remote)

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement advanced training programs in SQL, Azure, and Python technologies, including creating course materials, hands-on exercises, and assessments, to help learners gain expertise in these technologies and concepts.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in SQL, Azure, and Python technologies and incorporate these into training programs to keep them relevant and effective.
- Teach and demonstrate knowledge of various data governance frameworks.
- Prepare interns for interviews by providing guidance on interview skills and techniques.
- Collaborate with other instructors and team members to ensure consistency and quality in training materials and delivery.
- Facilitate regular check-ins with interns to discuss their progress and address any concerns.
- Provide feedback and support to learners to help them achieve their learning objectives, and engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized training solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in SQL development, with advanced knowledge of SQL technologies, such as stored procedures, triggers, and views.
- Experience working with Azure technologies, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of Python programming language and experience in developing Python-based solutions for data analysis, data visualization, and machine learning.
- Proven experience designing and delivering advanced training programs for experienced developers and database administrators in SQL, Azure, and Python.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with learners of all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles, and experience in developing training content using tools such as LMS, authoring tools, and multimedia.
- Certifications in SQL, Azure, and Python technologies, such as Microsoft SQL Server Certification, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate, and Python Certification, are a plus.

Additional Requirements:

- Previous experience as a corporate instructor in consulting organizations like Infosys, Accenture, or similar will be highly preferred.
- Experience in delivering data governance training to their clients or internal teams will be considered a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with one or more of the Data Governance technologies, such as Informatica, Collibra, or Ataccama will be considered a plus. Experience in using any of these tools in the context of data governance will be an added advantage.
