**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create photorealistic 3D visualizations and renders based on architectural/interior concepts or product models.
- Develop 3D models from CAD/Sketches/Drawings using 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, etc.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and visualization goals.
- Produce 3D walkthroughs, flythroughs, and animations.
- Maintain organized project files and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques in 3D rendering and visualization.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role.
- Proficiency in 3D software**:3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Blender**, etc.
- Knowledge of **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop**, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Ability to interpret architectural and product designs with accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or related field.
- Experience with virtual reality (VR), AR, or real-time rendering tools (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) is an advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality renderings and animations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
