Furniture Estimator

Teckwood Crafts Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of high-quality furniture solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review project drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work
- Calculate the quantity and cost of materials required for each project
- Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare cost estimates and proposals for clients
- Work closely with the design and production teams to develop cost-effective solutions
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the furniture industry
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,209.25 - ₹43,605.57 per month
