**Profile: Sr. SEO Executive**

**Location: Mohali**

**Shift: Night Shift (Cab available for Girls)**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-opportunity keywords and content gaps.
- Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structure to enhance site visibility.
- Perform technical SEO audits, including identifying and fixing site issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and duplicate content.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into website content and blogs.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search visibility.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Provide detailed analysis and reporting on SEO performance, site traffic, and search trends.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, search algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.
- Mentor and guide junior SEO team members, providing training and support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in managing successful SEO campaigns, driving traffic growth, and improving site rankings.
- In-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
