Job Description:
As a Purchase Executive, you will play a vital role in our procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services required for our operations. You will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will contribute to the efficiency and success of our procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors based on price, quality, reliability, and other relevant criteria.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers/vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs and specifications for goods/services.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services as per agreed schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies in quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including supplier contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and value-added initiatives in the procurement process.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, inventory management, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a purchase executive, procurement officer, or similar role, preferably in [mention relevant industry/sector].
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers/vendors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and procurement software/systems.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supply chain principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
