Key Responsibilities:

- **Production Planning and Scheduling**:Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and budgets. This includes analyzing production needs, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions, as highlighted in the Superworks job description.
- **Resource Management**:Managing resources effectively, including personnel, materials, equipment, and time, to maximize productivity. This involves overseeing inventory levels, managing procurement processes, and ensuring smooth logistics and supply chain operations.
- **Process Improvement**:Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance.
- **Team Leadership and Supervision**:Supervising a team of production personnel, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and feedback to help them meet targets.
- **Cost Management**:Monitoring production costs and discussing changes with the management team to ensure cost efficiency.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
