Provide Subject Matter Expertise in implementing SAP Controlling (CO) Module
- Showcase & guide the business process owner on the best practices.
- Conduct assessment/due diligence on as-is process and perform fit/gap analysis with the to-be process.
- Co-ordinate with business process owners and implement CO module as per the requirements.
- Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components.
- Conduct conference room piloting.
- Module configuration & testing
- Prepare user manuals & Conduct Training
- Assist technical team with functional specs. during development / customization
- Provide day-to-day operational support to users.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the review meetings and provide necessary updates on the tasks

**Skills**

**Mandatory Skills**
- Hands on experience in at least 1 to 2 E2E implementation projects.
- Hands on experience in customization/roll outs /migration/support projects
- Expertise in configuration & testing of CO module
- Should have strong domain knowledge & experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Expertise and hands on experience in the following areas:

- Cost Centre accounting
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing
- Budgeting
- Material Ledger and Actual costing
- Multi-valuations and Parallel COGM
- Margin Analysis (CO-PA)
- Finance integration with MM, PP, SD and PS
- Good understanding on LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench)
- Experience in Cut over activities, Successful Go-Alive and Post Go-Alive Support.
- Good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
- Good Business Process understanding and Documentation skills.

**Desired Skills**
- Exposure to implementation of S/4 Hana on-prem, Cloud (Private or Public).

**Soft Skills / Any other Expectation**:

- Good Communication skills, clarity of thought and expression.
- Good stakeholder management and Client handling skills
- Should be a self-starter.
- Eager to continuously learn and upskill.
- Ability to work with teams from Multiple Geographies, should have Global exposure on Heterogenous landscapes on large scale projects
