**Job Title: ADS Associate - Data Analytics & Machine Learning**

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop **advanced algorithms** and **statistical models** for solving high-dimensional business challenges.
- Create compelling **data visualizations** and dashboards to communicate analytical findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with **cross-functional teams** to understand business requirements and deliver targeted analytics solutions.
- Integrate and evaluate **new datasets**, **data sources**, and **emerging technologies** to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Contribute to **continuous process improvement** of analytics workflows, methodologies, and tools.

**Required Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of professional experience in **data analytics**, **data science**, **statistical modeling**, or a related field.
- Strong academic foundation with coursework in **statistics**, **mathematics**, **computer science**, or other quantitative disciplines.
- Proficiency in **Python**, **R*, or**Java* for data analysis and algorithm development.
- Experience with **big data technologies** and platforms such as **Hadoop**, **Spark**, or **Amazon Web Services (AWS)**.
- Familiarity with **advanced analytics** concepts such as **recommender systems**, **social media analysis**, or **natural language processing (NLP)**.
- Strong written and verbal **communication skills** in English.

**Preferred Skills**
- Proven experience working in **cross-functional teams** involving business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong **problem-solving skills**, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
