**Role Overview**:
**As the Center In-Charge**, you will oversee day-to-day center operations, ensure exceptional customer service, drive business growth, and maintain compliance with company standards. Your leadership and organizational skills will be crucial to maintaining a high-performing, customer-centric environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Center Operations**:
- Oversee daily opening, closing, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the center’s infrastructure.
- Keep all equipment and supplies in top working condition.
**2. Team Leadership**:
- Lead, train, and motivate center staff for peak performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and leave requests.
**3. Customer Service**:
- Create a welcoming and customer-centric environment.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Collect feedback and implement service improvements.
**5. Compliance & Safety**:
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.
- Implement safety protocols and handle emergencies effectively.
**6. Inventory Management**:
- Manage stock levels of consumables and supplies.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and maintain records.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: 5+ years in center management, retail, or the service industry.
