**Key Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality photographs and videos for marketing campaigns, events, and social media.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos to meet professional standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to conceptualize and create engaging content.
- Manage shoots, including setup, lighting, and framing.
- Maintain an organized library of photos and videos for future use.
- Stay updated on industry trends and suggest innovative ideas to improve visual storytelling.

**Requirements**:

- Must own a professional camera (DSLR or equivalent).
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
- Strong creative vision and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- A portfolio showcasing photography and videography skills is a must.
