Ultimately, you will be delivering quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems like WordPress.
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Promote content on social media
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Update website content with latest real estate listings

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
- Portfolio of published articles, banners, hoardings etc.
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Hands-on experience with WordPress
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Degree in English, Journalism or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Content writing for real estate: 1 year (preferred)
