As a Logistics Broker, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of goods through various transportation channels. You will work closely with carriers, shippers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Carrier Coordination**:

- Identify and negotiate with carriers to secure transportation services.
- Schedule and dispatch shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.
- Monitor carrier performance and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
- **Client Management**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their shipping needs and provide solutions.
- Provide regular updates to clients on shipment status and address any concerns.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- **Cost Management**:

- Negotiate rates with carriers to achieve cost savings for clients.
- Monitor and control transportation costs to maximize profitability.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of shipments, carrier contracts, and client interactions.
- Use logistics software and tools to track shipments and generate reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of logistics software and transportation management systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,138.45 - ₹39,391.85 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
