**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sell loan products (Personal, Home, Auto, Business Loans) to individual and business customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand financial needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for future cross-selling.
- Provide after-sales service and support for documentation, disbursement, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Stay updated with banking regulations, loan policies, and product knowledge.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, etc.); MBA preferred for managerial roles.
- 0-5 years of experience in loan sales, banking sales, or financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of loan products and banking processes.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Experience in **DSA model**, NBFC, or BFSI sector.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or loan management systems.
- Knowledge of **local market** and customer behavior.
