**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise daily operations during the shift, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and assign tasks to team members (kitchen, front counter, delivery, etc.).
- Monitor food preparation and presentation according to brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained in all areas.
- Conduct shift briefings and ensure team awareness of goals and responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate shift reports, cash handling, and POS transactions.
- Ensure all safety, hygiene, and security protocols are followed.
- Train and mentor new team members and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Communicate operational updates or issues to higher management as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the QSR or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to manage fast-paced environments.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
