**ROLE**:
Customer Service Co-Ordinator.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Co-Ordinator would include but not limited to:
Order processing in system keeping in view production schedule, material availability
Coordination with Sales, Production planning, Logistics, Accounts department in line with market requirements, inventory, forecast, and production schedule, dispatches, customer financials to ensure customer delight
Assist organization in achieving business targets.
To anticipate and deliver on customer needs & develop a long term business relationship with customers.
New product promotion and market feedback to management for better sales strategies.
Own and resolve customer grievances in a timely manner.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer’s' requests.
