**Responsibilities for store assistant**
- The ASM will be responsible for the stock room supervision and processes
- Ensure Store team is aware of sales targets and objectives, provide feedback on individual Sales Associate performance
- As directed by Store Manager, ensure that any changes in store operating policy and procedures are communicated in a positive and timely way
- Provide constructive input to Store Manager on sales associated performance
- Receive all inventories in a timely and efficient manner as per company procedures
- Maintain consistent visual presentation excellence at location according to company visual presentation, merchandising and housekeeping standards and guidelines
- Ensure timely execution of seasonal merchandising shifts and promotional set-ups

**Qualifications for store assistant**
- Must have completed an undergraduate **Any Diploma or ITI degree** program
- Previous experience in Stores Assistant
- Must have at least 1 - 3 years of prior experience in marketing, business development, human resources.
- Manufacturing experience with a minimum of 1 years in a handling electronic chips, electronic boards etc
- Having worked for healthcare industry in any capacity will be a plus
- Should have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with Excel, Power Point, Word and an ability and interest in learning on the job - Maturity, excellent interpersonal skills.

Budget : Upto 2.4LPA (Plus Incentives)
