**Job responsibilities**:

- Ensure the safety and security of hostel residents.
- Monitor access to the hostel and enforce security protocols.
- Foster a positive and supportive living environment for students.
- Address and resolve conflicts among residents.
- Provide counseling and support to students facing personal or academic challenges.
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations.
- Communicate and educate residents about the expectations and guidelines.
- Take appropriate action in case of rule violations.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of hostel facilities.
- Coordinate repairs and improvements as needed.
- Ensure that all amenities are in working order.
- Serve as a liaison between hostel residents and administrative staff.
- Communicate important information to residents, such as schedules, events, and policy changes.
- Be prepared to respond to emergencies, such as medical incidents or natural disasters.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of hostel residents.
- Keep track of any incidents, conflicts, or disciplinary actions.
- Organize and facilitate community-building activities and events.
- Promote a sense of belonging and camaraderie among hostel residents.
- Handle administrative tasks related to hostel operations.
- Report to higher authorities regarding the status of the hostel and any notable issues.

**Skills**:

- Minimum 2yrs exp as a warden required.
- Minimum Graduation Required.
- Good knowledge of excel & Word.
