**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualise design concepts and interactions.
- Develop style guides and design systems to maintain visual coherence and brand identity.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to implement designs and ensure technical feasibility.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
- Occasionally design marketing and other design assets as needed.

- Minimum 1 year of work experience as a UI/UX designer.

- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, User Experience Design or a related field would be considered a plus.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with at least 3 of experience in designing digital products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct user interviews and get user inputs from other quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
