Location: Mumbai

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
- Handle client escalations with professionalism and provide resolution in a timely manner.
- Gather client feedback to improve services and identify upselling opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to offer innovative solutions to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in [tools/software like CRM systems, MS Office, etc.].
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [industry-specific, e.g., advertising, IT solutions, financial services, etc.].
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹11,926.71 - ₹38,972.60 per month
