- **Technical Expertise**:

- Conduct and oversee laboratory tests and experiments.
- Develop and implement testing/troubleshooting procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of results.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- **Administrative and Budgetary**:

- Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory.
- Order supplies and equipment.
- Maintain records and documentation.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
- May write department reports and assist in budget planning.
- **Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and policies.
- Monitor adherence to safety regulations.
- Age limit 18 - 35
