Export Assistant

Designation: Assistant Manager -FF Export Pricing, CS

Location: Gandhidham

Salary Budget: Rs. 40K to Rs. 65K

**JD**:

- Min. 6-10 years of experience with freight forwarders
- Must have knowledge of pricing, shipping operations, documentations, container movement etc.
- Generate enquiry for shipment regarding LCL / FCL /Freight / Agents/ Vessel’s line and forwarding to concern Dept. and giving reply to parties accordingly
- Placing Order / Booking
- Built up good repo and relation with NVOCC, MLO, Freight Forwarders and get good rates for giving to customers Coordination with Lines
- Tracking Shipment & Updating Clients
- Follow up with Customers on enquiries received
- Logysis Knowledge
- Pre shipment/ Post Shipment documentation and dispatch to party with the help of teammates.
- Timely execution of inquiry to one respective desk.
- Quick responses from every complaint, suggestions received from clients.
- Take help of Superiors to meet targets by management.
- Good Communication skills in writing & speaking
- Good with convincing Skills to clients
- Must have contacts with all Shipping Lines
- Should have awareness of shipping line system
- Other basis skills like positive mindset, team orientation etc
- Salary as per skills & experience

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gandhidham - 370201, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Pricing: 6 years (preferred)
