Nykaa is looking for energetic and result-driven **Field Sales Executives** to join our growing FMCG sales team. The role involves visiting retail outlets, building strong relationships with shop owners, driving product sales, and ensuring market growth in assigned territories.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales targets and drive product visibility in the market
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors
- Ensure product availability and timely placement at outlets
- Track competitor activity and share market feedback
- Report daily activities to the manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG / Telecom / B2B field sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets

**Benefits**:

- Fixed Salary: ₹21,000 per month
- Additional Allowances (TA, Incentives)
- PF & other statutory benefits
