We are seeking a dedicated After-Sale Service Representative to join our team.
**Position Overview**:
The After-Sale Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support after solar system installations. The role involves managing service requests, troubleshooting, maintenance, warranty management, and ensuring that all after-sale services align with the company’s high standards and customer expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Support**:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to system performance, issues, or maintenance.
- Provide troubleshooting advice to resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
- Offer guidance on how to optimize solar energy production and monitor system performance.
- **Service Coordination**:
- Schedule and coordinate on-site service visits and installations for repairs, maintenance, or system upgrades.
- Liaise between customers and service technicians to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain a detailed record of service requests, work completed, and customer feedback.
- **Warranty Management**:
- Process warranty claims, ensuring the correct documentation is provided and timelines are adhered to.
- Handle product returns, replacements, and repairs in compliance with company policies.
- Educate customers on their warranty terms and conditions.
- **System Maintenance and Inspections**:
- Schedule regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide recommendations for system upgrades or repairs based on the system’s age and performance.
- Ensure that all after-sale services are compliant with Australian solar regulations and standards.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and service check-ins.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with post-installation services and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect customer feedback to improve service offerings and enhance overall customer experience.
- **Training & Knowledge Sharing**:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product updates, and new technologies related to solar energy systems.
- Provide training and support to customers on how to monitor and use their solar systems effectively.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education: Graduate**.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or after-sale support in the solar or renewable energy industry is an advantage.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with solar energy systems, photovoltaic (PV) technology, inverters, and energy storage solutions is an advantage.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams effectively.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to diagnose issues and recommend solutions promptly.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail in managing service requests and documentation.
- **Technical Aptitude**: Ability to learn about new solar technologies and systems quickly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
