**Job Title: Physiotherapist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess patients’ physical condition and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide physiotherapy interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Support patients with post-operative recovery, stroke rehabilitation, orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric conditions.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise plans and preventive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment accordingly.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a safe treatment environment.
- Participate in health camps, awareness programs, and hospital initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and patient safety guidelines.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
- Registered with State Physiotherapy Council (where applicable).
- 0-2 years (Junior) / 3+ years (Senior) clinical experience.
- Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation methods, and equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for patient counseling.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
