- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Informs patient by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Look after the billing of the patients, their follow ups and help them with appointment scheduling.
- Be the face of the dental clinic.
- Should be fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Should have basic computer skills and should know word and excel, practo

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
