**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training curriculum covering various aspects of DevOps including but not limited to:

- Introduction to DevOps principles and practices
- Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines
- Configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform
- Monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
- DevOps culture, collaboration, and best practices
- Create engaging training materials including presentations, hands-on exercises, labs, and assessments to facilitate effective learning.
- Deliver training sessions both in-person and remotely to diverse audiences including developers, system administrators, and IT professionals.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different groups within the organization or clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in DevOps practices and tools to continuously improve training content and delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees during and after training sessions to ensure successful implementation of DevOps practices in their respective environments.
- Collaborate with other teams such as HR, Learning and Development, and IT to align training initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs or workshops is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as Certified DevOps Engineer (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer) or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) would be a plus.
- Passion for teaching and helping others learn and grow in their careers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for delivering on-site training sessions or attending conferences and events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
