**Role Description**

Pococare is seeking “Associate - Operations & Delivery. This on-site role is full-time and critical to ensuring smooth on-boarding & delivery of our services to our subscribers.

Associate will be responsible for executing day-to-day operations and assigned tasks to ensure Pococare subscribers are made Medical Emergency Ready and are provided timely and as per SLA assistance.

**Key Responsibilities Include**

1. Onboarding & activation of customers on Pococare platform for assigned clients

2. Coordinating with delivery partners like ambulance providers, hospitals etc.

3. Coordinating with payer network like TPAs, Insurance companies to ensure cashless and streamlined care at the hospital

4. Executing and coordinating consumer engagement initiatives (On-ground, Digital and Direct) to create awareness towards medical emergency and improving medical emergency readiness amongst subscribers.

5. Verifying & handle medical emergency service call details from patients. This includes information collection, coordinating with doctors, ambulance providers and hospital for patient support.

4. Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment

5. Ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment, prioritize work and adapt to changing business needs.

6. Willing to travel client location Accordingly

**Qualifications & Experience**
- BBA/ BSc / Operations Management
- 1-3 years of experience in Operations with a flavour of one or more of field operations, BTL, Events and delivery management
- Experience in healthcare, emergency response or ambulance services is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹198,881.58 - ₹505,239.93 per year
