As a As a **Management Trainee**, you will be involved in various aspects of our business operations, from strategic planning, sales management, market analysis. You will work closely with the Sales team to drive growth and market penetration for GMF products, with a focus on the Automobile OEM’s and Tier 1/Tier 2 Vendors.

**Market Assessment & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and target audience preferences.
- Participate in customer outreach and product demonstrations

**Sales Performance & Support**
- Assist the sales team in prospecting potential customers and lead generation.
- Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate C4C records.

**Project Management**
- A key project / growth initiative goal will be assigned.
- At the end of internship, prepare a detailed report and present findings and recommendation to the management.

**Education : BE/ B Tech**:

- Chemical**+ MBA** preferably
