Job Title- Routing Trainee / Routing Executive- Location- Mumbai ( No work from home)
- Might need to work in shifts**- Roles & Responsibilities:
- A2P SMS supplier/operators on-boarding and testing.
- A2P SMS supplier/operator’s management.
- Managing supplier side configurations like error codes, route features, registered senders.
- Proactively monitoring and optimizing key customers routing based on quality and cost, strong analytical skills to make decisions based on network and performance data.
- Supporting internal teams with routing and operator side queries.
- Understanding country/operator/region specific regulations/restrictions and its compliance.
- Proactively monitor and analyse routing, quality and rate suppliers based on quality and cost metrics. Working with suppliers to maximize service delivery, monitoring and support.
- Working on sender ID registration requests.
- Working on DND/MNP integration and related queries.
- Working closely with internal teams on strategies to win new markets, maximize revenue and margins. Support routing team with new developments, feature enhancements, automations, and operational effectiveness to achieve team goals.- Vendor management

- Market Intelligence - Country specific regulations for A2P SMS
- Strong analytical skills
- Eligibility:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in A2P SMS.
- Fluent English, excellent communications skills
- Experience working for a telecommunications carrier within A2P Wholesale
- Understanding of SMPP and HTTP protocols
- Basic understanding of CpaaS platform
- Strong background working with spreadsheets.
