**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide effort estimations, define scope, and recommend development methodologies.
- Create and manage user stories, technical design documents (LLDs), and training materials.
- Lead and mentor global development teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Conduct technical reviews, end-user training, and stakeholder reporting.
- Manage escalations and ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Configure and customize modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and Service Portal.
- Oversee ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, and coordination with HI support.
- Implement domain separation and data segregation strategies.
- Design and implement Performance Analytics and custom reporting dashboards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, REST/SOAP, scripting).
- Proven track record in ITSM, ITBM, CMDB, and orchestration implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in project management and contract understanding.
- Knowledge of best practices in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ITIL v3 Foundation

**Nice to Have**:

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
