**Job brief**

We are looking for a high-performing Personal Fitness Trainer.

**Responsibilities**
- **Train Clients to meet their Fitness Goals.**:

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Design and implement a strategic Training plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Coaching and performance monitoring of clients.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their Fitness needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging clients and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

**Desired Requirements and Skills**:

- Successful previous experience as a Personal Trainer, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong business & training sense and Fitness industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Excellent Soft Skills and Communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
