**Program Officer Job Description**
**Job Summary**
The Program Officer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing various programs, events, and initiatives of the Baroda Management Association (BMA). This role involves working closely with industry experts, association members, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of programs that meet the needs of BMA.
**Key Responsibilities**
Program Planning and Development: Identify industry trends and member needs to develop relevant management development programs. Design and structure programs, workshops, seminars, and conferences to address key management and industry specific topics. Coordinate with speakers, trainers, and industry experts for program content and delivery. Develop program schedules, Manage logistics, including venue selection, equipment setup, participant registration, and other event related requirements.
**Members and Client Engagement**
Build and maintain relationships with association members, industry leaders, and other key stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaboration between members, speakers, and the BMA team. Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continually improve program offerings.
**Marketing and Promotion**
**Financial Management**
Assist in budgeting and financial planning for programs and events. Monitor program expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
**Administrative Support**
Maintain accurate records of program activities, participant information, and feedback. Prepare and present reports on program performance and impact to the Managing Committee. Perform other administrative duties as required to support the smooth operation of the association.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Event Management, or a related field.
**Experience**:
Experience in program management, event planning, or a similar role is preferred. However, fresh graduates can also apply.
**Skills and Competencies**:
Strong organizational and project management skills.
**Experience**:
