**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Bid Submission on Freelance Platforms**:

- Research, identify, and target new business opportunities on bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Write and submit compelling SEO proposals tailored to the client’s requirements.
- Manage and update profiles on different bidding platforms.
- **Client Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with clients, answer their queries, and negotiate project scopes and budgets.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients to generate repeat business.
- Respond to client inquiries and manage follow-ups for lead conversion.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and analyze new project opportunities in SEO services (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).
- Develop and execute strategies to generate and convert leads from bidding portals.
- **Coordination with SEO Team**:

- Understand the client’s SEO needs and communicate project details to the SEO team.
- Work closely with the team to develop SEO strategies and ensure timely project delivery.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of bids, client communications, and deal statuses.
- Provide regular reports on bidding activity and conversion rates to the management.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, bidding strategies, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new SEO project opportunities.
- **Project Negotiation**:

- Negotiate project terms, costs, and timelines with clients, ensuring win-win situations.
- Finalize contracts and agreements with clients before project initiation.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in online bidding for SEO projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO services and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and customized project proposals.
- Good knowledge of project pricing strategies for SEO services.
- Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
