As a Retail Store Incharge in the LED lighting industry, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retail store's operations, with a primary focus on LED lighting products. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, manage inventory, and ensure the store's overall success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
Provide expert advice on LED lighting products, their features, and benefits.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.

**Inventory Management**:Maintain and update inventory levels of LED lighting products.
Place orders with suppliers to restock products in a timely manner.
Conduct regular stock checks and keep accurate records of inventory.

**Visual Merchandising**:Create attractive and well-organized product displays to maximize sales.
Ensure that the store is clean, well-lit, and visually appealing at all times.

**Sales and Promotion**:Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Promote sales through marketing initiatives, special promotions, and advertising.
Upsell and cross-sell LED lighting products to maximize revenue.

**Staff Management**:Recruit, train, and manage sales associates, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
Schedule shifts and assign tasks to staff members.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.

**Financial Management**:Manage the store's budget, including expenses and revenue targets.
Keep accurate financial records and prepare regular reports for management.

**Store Operations**:Ensure that the store is fully operational during business hours.
Address any maintenance or technical issues promptly.
Implement security measures to prevent theft or losses.

**Compliance and Safety**:Ensure that the store complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment for both customers and staff.

**Product Knowledge**:Stay up-to-date with the latest LED lighting technologies and industry trends.
Educate staff on product knowledge and trends in the LED lighting sector.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in retail management, particularly in the lighting or electrical industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Basic accounting and budgeting skills.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
