Prequalification requirements

Proven experience of more than 15 years of working in a Finance team.

Financial Strategy:
Develop and implement the organization's financial strategy in alignment with its overall business goals and objectives.

Provide financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting.

Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis to directors and other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.

Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate financial risks by establishing and maintaining internal controls and financial policies.

Monitor and manage liquidity, cash flow, and investments.

Capital Management:
Manage capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to optimize the organization's financial performance.

Evaluate and execute financing strategies, such as raising capital through loans or issuing stocks.

Financial Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Optimize financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to formulate and execute strategic plans that support growth and profitability.

Compliance and Regulation:
Ensure the organization complies with all relevant financial regulations and laws.

Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and adapt the organization's practices as needed.

Performance Analysis:
Monitor and assess the financial performance of the organization, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Provide recommendations and strategies to optimize financial outcomes.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 per month
