Work Timings Tuesday-Friday: 1:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Saturday-Sunday: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM

General Description

We are looking for a female Play and Activity Facilitator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring children have a joyful and enriching experience at the play space. --------you will create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for children, fostering creativity and fun in every interaction.

Main Responsibilities
- Engage and manage children in the play space.
- Facilitate various activities, including building, art, and crafts.
- Ensure children get best experience of the space and guide the children.-------
- Oversee safety and behavior within the space.
- To plan and maintain inventory for art supplies, play items, and activity materials.
- Conduct workshops, organize events, and host birthday parties.
- To be available and provide support for administrative tasks when a need arises.

Prerequisites:

- Experience in teaching art/crafts, conducting workshops, or similar activities.
- Empathy and the ability to handle kids with understanding and care.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- High energy and passion to generate activities and the ability to inspire creativity in children.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues during workshops and other events.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, which is a mandatory requirement.
