Job Overview: As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities through various online platforms and channels. You will be the primary point of contact between the company and potential clients, showcasing our services/products and negotiating favorable terms to secure profitable projects. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will be essential in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, such as freelancing websites, social media platforms, and business networking sites.
- Generate leads and develop a database of prospective clients for the company.
- Analyze client requirements and prepare customized proposals, bids, and quotations.
- Present and effectively communicate the company's services/products to prospective clients.
- Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and provide relevant information in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand project requirements and develop competitive bids.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Track and maintain records of all bid-related activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance professional network and promote the company's services/products.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an Online Bidder or similar role, preferably in the Digital Marketing Industry.
- Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms, such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas concisely.
- Outstanding negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure profitable projects.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully winning bids and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and prepare compelling proposals.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with exceptional time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
