**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
- Assist in **filing, data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping**.
- Answer phone calls, inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Provide general support to employees and management as required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree** in any relevant field.
- **1 to 2 years of experience** in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
