**Key responsibiliti**es
- Handle dental specific queries pertaining to our services. Overall Problem solving for patients and coordination as necessary.
- To attend calls within 2 hrs and provide first contact resolution for the queryVC to be done for the case
- Explaining the pt to use app for monitoring the case
- Co
- ordinating with other teams for closing the ticket, for example, once the case is resolved raise an internal ticket for different team to close the case
- Handling escalation callsTabulate and record responses from all customers on excels. Generate relevant reports from the same
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per month
