**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase traffic to our websites.
- Monitor and analyse SEO statistics such as redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs.
- Optimise blog and other content assets along with landing pages for search engine marketing.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimisation.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
- Develop and implement a link-building strategy.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, communications, or a related field.
- Interest in marketing analytics and performance tracking using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Salesforce (training will be provided if you're a beginner).
- A foundational understanding of SEO best practices, with familiarity in tools like WordPress, Yoast SEO, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest considered a bonus.
- Strong organisational and project management skills — able to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines, and team interactions smoothly.
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across content, design, and product teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a structured approach to problem-solving and reporting.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic to learn — someone who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Hands-on experience with any of the following: Google Analytics, Excel, Canva, Semrush, keyword research tools, or social media scheduling platforms. (Nice to Have)
