**Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Photography:

- Capture high-quality images of Della’s products, including furniture, tiles, and décor, for use on the website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Photograph interiors and luxury spaces, ensuring the visual style aligns with Della’s luxury branding.
- Edit images to enhance their quality, ensuring the final product reflects the high standards of Della Luxury Products.

2. Videography:

- Shoot and edit promotional videos, product showcases, and brand-related videos for Della’s digital platforms.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content at events, photoshoots, and product launches.
- Ensure all videos adhere to the brand’s visual style and effectively communicate the luxury experience.

3. Collaboration with Creative Teams:

- Work closely with the design, marketing, and social media teams to develop content that aligns with ongoing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the copywriting team to ensure that visual and written content are cohesive and tell a consistent story.

4. Content Strategy:

- Assist in planning and executing content strategies for product launches, promotional events, and brand collaborations.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions with the Head of Department and creative teams to ensure the best possible execution of visual content.

5. Brand Consistency:

- Maintain a consistent aesthetic across all photography and videography projects, ensuring that Della’s luxury brand image is upheld.
- Ensure that all content captures the essence of Della’s craftsmanship and design ethos.

6. Equipment and Technology:

- Maintain photography and videography equipment to ensure high-quality output.
- Stay updated on new technologies and software related to photography and video editing to ensure Della remains competitive in the market.

**Job Expectations**:
Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Videography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in professional photography and videography, preferably in the luxury goods or interior design sectors.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work with luxury products, interiors, or similar industries.
- Excellent knowledge of lighting, composition, and editing techniques.
- Creative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and experience working in collaborative team environments.

Additional Information:

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM; Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM.
- Flexible Hours: Long working hours may be required during important events, launches, or projects.
- Travel: Frequent travel may be required to shoot projects, events, and other assignments as per the Head of Department’s instructions.

**Minimum Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Videography, Visual Arts, or a related field.

**Minimum Job Experience**: 3- 5 years

**Reporting to**: Head of Department

**Travel**: Yes, as and when required.
