**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Assembly**: Assemble lighting fixtures and related components based on production guidelines.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- **Parts Handling**: Organize and prepare raw materials and components for assembly.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and suggest improvements to enhance assembly efficiency and quality.
- **Safety & Cleanliness**: Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in an assembly or manufacturing role (preferred but not required).
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with precision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Time**:08:00am to 06:00pm

**Job Location**: 138/E, Pandesara GIDC Main Road, Surat, Gujarat, 394221

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:
