Business Finance Associate

**Your team responsibilities**

Part of the team managing Financial Planning & Analysis for Analytics Business Segment. Team responsibilities include, but not limited to, providing timely and accurate analysis around Revenue (& related metrics), Expenses, headcount, and P&L for the segment to finance & segment leads.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Create financial / Business analysis on a pro-active basis. Summarize conclusions and provide key takeaways to business units, corporate finance, and senior management
- Monthly analysis of Operating Metrics, Expenses & Headcount vs plan and forecast
- Develop and generate financial reports, both routine and ad-hoc
- Process streamlining & automation (wherever feasible)
- Contributing to the Annual Operating Plan & Quarterly Forecasts Cycles, Strategy Plans working with cross functional teams like IT, Coverage, Marketing etc.
- Development of new reports on (Power BI) BI Tool (including liaising with Corporate Finance IT) based on team’s requirements & presenting and obtaining buy-in from end users for rollout

**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated proficiency in providing accurate and detailed financial analysis in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Should be excellent with MS Excel, Power BI, MS Access, PPT & other tools like Salesforce etc.
- Proactive individual who should take initiative with an analytical bent of mind
