**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of **printing and packaging machinery** (e.g., flexo printing machines, rotogravure, laminators, slitters, die-cutting, and sealing machines).
- Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out repairs to ensure mínimal production interruptions.
- Conduct routine inspections and replace defective machine components as needed.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and suggest improvements to enhance equipment performance.
- Ensure proper alignment, lubrication, and calibration of machine parts.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machine manuals.
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve breakdown issues quickly.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance work.
- Comply with safety guidelines and industry standards while working on machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report major issues to the supervisor.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: ITI - Fitter or **Diploma in Mechanical Engineering**.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in machine maintenance within the printing & packaging industry (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of **hydraulics, pneumatics, gear systems, and conveyors**.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform welding, fitting, and fabrication work when required.
- Understanding of electrical and electronic controls in machinery is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with tools like wrenches, calipers, micrometers, and measuring devices.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Awareness of workplace safety protocols and preventive maintenance techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
