**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Contact potential clients through phone calls to present company products and services.

2. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business development.

3. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.

4. Generate and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.

5. Record and maintain accurate information about leads and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further follow-up.

7. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and objectives.

8. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.

9. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the company's value proposition.

10. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience in telemarketing or telecalling.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Persuasive and goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

5. Ability to work well in a team environment.

6. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.

7. Self-motivated and able to work independently.

8. Strong organizational and time management skills.

9. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

10. Knowledge of the IT industry and software solutions is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,777.90 per month
